New Toledo Football Semi
Sorry guys, but I just had to get this off the "Larimar" renovation thread. We can continue talking about Larimar over there but here is a clean thread for our new football semi, which I think looks awesome!

Interesting that all of the local TV stations have had stories about the new rig, but nothing in the Blade.

There was a picture of the semi in the Blah printed edition yesterday.

Since I don't notice things like equipment trucks, what has UT been using prior to this new truck?

OK I found it down in a bottom corner. Looked like an ad. Nice placement.

RE: New Toledo Football Semi
We saw this nice rig a couple weeks ago in Maumee. The wife and I were eating and we could see it out the window parked near Dussel in Maumee. By the time we were done eating, it was gone. I had forgotten all about it and then saw the article someone posted in the other thread. Finally good to know what it was all about!

I'm sure that K Limited will still use the truck and tailor throughout the year, so it'll be good advertising for UT. I wish they included MAC Championship & bowl game appearances on their, and the ticker office ph#.

Hmm, I never thought of that. I don't imagine you would let that expensive tractor set idle 8-9 months out of a year. The trailer maybe.

Trucks, like airplanes, only make money while in motion. You'll see it all over I'm sure, occasionally hauling gear for UT.
