I've heard the same thing, but I'm not sure if I believe it in the immediate future. I'm pretty sure I remember us replacing the roof not that long ago, and I think that they're unlikely to replace a new roof.

I really, really wish that they would make cosmetic changes to the outside, though. That would be really cheap and go a long way towards making the dome look modern again. IMO, the inside sells itself. It is a unique environment and there honestly isn't a bad seat in the house. It's the outside that we need to touch up/paint/update.
