Nolan Power Rankings
This is the first I've seen of this kind of ranking. anyone know anything about this Nolan Power Index? Hard to argue with his ranking, although I'm not sure that UTSA's win over New Mexico is better than Marshall over Miami (yeah, I'm a homer), or even North Texas' shellacking of Idaho.

A power index after 1 week is like a trend based on 2 data points.

It makes no sense to me, why would he have FSU listed for the ACC over Clemson?

Yeah, there literally is no way to do a power ranking index that isn't opinion based when there has only been one game played. There is no way to compare anyone without it being an opinion based comparison, thus as you say...a hypothesis Commuter.
