I have been to LSU a few times and have always enjoyed myself. And with us being a non-rival get ready for some good times and as much food as you can get.
As for parking, I usually park in the large lot , or right next to, Parker Coliseum which is east of the stadium. The parking is free and a large tailgate area for the LSU fans. The backside of Parker is open with restrooms and if you get there early you can try to park under a tree.
If you come in on College Drive (which turns into Lee) go down to Highland and turn right and when you get on campus stay right (there is a Y in the road) and you will see the big round building, Parker, on the right.
From Sanford drive -go right past the lake (that will be on right) turn onto Lakeshore/Stadium drive. Parker will be down on your left after the road straightens out.
Also the stadium sits in the middle of campus. Bring all you want to eat and drink with you. There will be much much drinking by fans. They will yell 'TIGER BAIT' at you so be ready. DO NOT COWARD DOWN, they will jump on you like wild dogs and if you get upset the more they like it. Yell back "UAB" or 'GO BLAZERS' they will invite you for a drink.
