Liked that commercial. Narrator laid off the Vin Diesal a bit and it sounded great.

"squaring" is not an "exponential" formula. It's a quadratic.
Sorry,
had to say it.
I laughed. Really. I did.

Interesting move by Hester turning that upper body sideways so there is less to grab onto.
Taylor had 191 TD's in HS.

That explains why I switched from engineering to business.

What I take away from this is that the young D put forth a very respectable effort. The high powered offense still has no plan for the red zone.

RE: Toledo-Florida game thread
Disappointing outing, but there were positives....
Positives:
- No obvious injuries.
- DLine was very impressive. Did not get out muscled at all by the vaunted FLA line. Periodically got some pressure on the QB, and had 2 sacks.
- Flu looked good when he had space. Just didn't get the ball enough to really show.
- Nice to see Macon as part of the offense, although he disappeared in the second half.
- Very few penalties.
- We beat the spread :)
Negatives:
- TO did not look sharp at all. We need him to get in gear pretty quick.
- Receivers did not look sharp either, a few dropped balls, not looking for the ball, etc. This was supposed to be our number 1 strength, so that has to get fixed too.
- Coverage was still a problem, as almost all the killer plays we gave up were on blown coverages where a receiver or back got lost in the flat with no one near them
- OLine didn't handle the FLA D-line very well. Again, should be a strength for us, but hopefully that was just because FLA's DLine is so good.
- Play calling wasn't that good. Gave up on the run too soon, the crazy call on 4th and inches, etc.
We've got some work to do before Mizzou next week.
