Temple recent football history
For the fans of the teams not familiar with Temple football, I came across this article from a site I never heard of. It does a really good job recapping Temples near football extinction and the changes it’s made over the past 7 years or so.
Nothing in it is boastful or grandiose, just how Temple got from a nearly self inflected death to where it is today.

great article ty, being a big east fan fr its inception i can relate, temple an penn state can coexist plenty of good hs talent, already its paying of your 14 recruiting is excellent.
the new dorms will help significantly 2k kids fill them bring kids to the games. gl

That will get Temple up to a 28,000 average then.
First Temple will have to get back to winning again and returning to bowls and winning them too. They will also have to try and stay on Penn States schedule when the B-10 goes to a 9 game schedule, bringing Penn State to Philly every three years. They will also have to bring another big name into the Linc like ND annually too. Finally if Temple can keep Delaware as a 1-AA, Army, Rutgers, Maryland, and West Virginia on their schedule as well as getting home and home games against Virginia and VT, along with conference mates UConn, Navy and ECU, they should be able to get their home average attendance up to 35,000.
