Maybe you could split the duties with someone who is also computer savvy (not me as I am way too technology & computer illiterate) is case something comes up one week or just to give you a break from doing it every week?

Yes that is true that week was a max of 12 points, 1 for each week. For the rest of the season the max score in one week will be 21 as there won't be a week with more than 6 games.
