Revolutions Bike Shop
Another gem in the city limits. Revolutions is a non-profit bike shop in Cooper-Young that teaches volunteers about bike maintenance so they can build bikes for needy children. Volunteers can then select from donated parts and build bikes for themselves.

It's a great program that has been around for a few years. I took the maintenance classes on Saturdays a few years ago.
