Not a bad gig if the guys can hook up with the right club. There are lots of sketchy operators, but the best of class offer a package that starts around $100K. (The worst pay A LOT less).

Making some cash paying a game you love and traveling around Europe for a few year is not a bad post school job.

RE: MAC hoopsters go Euro
league play has started in the Euro league, Cooper is the starting PG for his Greece team and is already making a mark. In today's game he had 16 pts and 8 assts. and in typical Coop fashion he hit the game winning 3pt at the buzzer.

RE: MAC hoopsters go Euro
Chris Evans to Trikalla in Greece.

Kent State has a history of alumni playing overseas. Currently, we have:
Carlton Guyton (MAC HM in 2012) playing at Erdgas in Germany
Haminn Quaintance (MAC 2nd team in 2008) in Isreal
Anthony Simpson (class of 2010) playing at Residence in Luxemburg (that sounds bad...I play at my Residence in Kent)
Justin Greene (MAC 1st team in 2011 and 2012) played last year in Slovakia
Michael Porrini (MAC 3rd team in 2012) played last year in Gelism in Greece
Mike Scott (MAC 2nd team in 2008) playing on Pau-Lacq-Orthez in France
Rodriquez Sherman (MAC 2nd team in 2011) playing on Hanover in Germany
Trevor Huffman (from the 2002 NCAA elite 8 team) playing on Antibes in France
Nate Gerwig (from the 2002 NCAA elite 8 team) played last year in Germany
Al Fisher (2008 & 2009 1st team MAC) played last year in Isreal
And Nate Reinking, after graduating from Kent in 1996, played in Great Britain for a while, settled down, was naturalized, and ended up on Great Britain's 2012 Olympic Basketball team
And Antonio Gates (2003 MAC 1st team) is apparently playing somewhere, he's on a 'San Diego' team somewhere in an 'NFL' conference. I can't track that down on the basketball lists. Maybe 'NFL' means 'Newfoundland'?

Zeke's back in the USA, after getting drafted in NBA D-League draft and then traded to the Maine Red Claws, who are affiliated with the Boston Celtics.
