Poll includes Conference USA but not the MAC or Slum Belt. Frankly, all three stink in hoops but for whatever reason ESPN lumped them in the discussion.
As far as football goes, it will be interesting this year to see if C-USA is closer to the AAC and MWC or the MAC & Sunbelt. I think Joe Public probably thinks of them as a cut above the latter, even if the results indicate otherwise.

Even ESPN can't keep alignment straight. The C7 did not leave the Big East to form the AAC. They kept the name.

I would put the MVC and WCC ahead of CUSA. without question.
