RE: Homecoming for Reedy
Had to chuckle when the article stated that the UF game will be the largest stage Reedy has played on. Their stadium holds like 88,500.
Reedy played infront of 105,000+ @OSU in 2011. It was the 16th largest attendance of that college fb season. As far as higest ranked teams, Reedy played against a #4 Boise team twice.

RE: Homecoming for Reedy
Attendance wise no but for Reedy personally, I imagine this to be a bigger stage than the Columbus game.

Quote:For the Rockets, the game against the Gators is a nice payday — about $800,000 from Florida — along with a chance to play on a national stage.

Finally the National Stage! It's going to be so exciting after playing so many lessor known regional foes like Michigan and Ohio State.

You guys are meanies. They wrote a nicer article than that paper formerly linked to.

Actually kind of sad about that whole thing. Now that Sylvaniafan guy doesn't seem to come around.

National stage?!? This game isn't even on national tv! What's this writer talking about.

Homecoming for Reedy
Nice write up but this isn't the highest ranked opponent or largest crowd UT has played against. The author should do some homework, but I guess it isn't worth it since we're not "big time." Go Rockets! Light 'em up #1!
