The benefit of joining the EC belongs to the program, the athletes. That's what our fanbase needs to understand. You want big time football you gotta do your part. I know several fans who are $500 members or better and can seldom attend games.

That said I am a EC member but park much closer to the Rock off campus than my EC membership allows me. EC members should get better quality and more quantity when it comes to parking.

We get everything available on campus now. Keep in mind the Lott center and the new college of business have completely done away with the biggest lot we had.

I'm not complaing. What I am saying is....those who go the extra mile should get a little extra. And if it comes at the expense of those that don't.....then so be it.

Elam Arms should be completely open to park on. I have heard that all the construction equipment is supposed to be gone by today, and I didn't see any over there earlier today.

see post #8....hop the curb and park in the grass.....or if you go with the game time approach, park in somebody's front yard on 25th (parallels service road) and toss 'em a ten spot. There is also a parking area off of Hardy/23rd.

My recommendation is to always look for something east of 49 as it makes for an easier exit....west/south side free parking is a cf. north side will work...it's just a trek

btw, when I drank the brown water....mm and gj were my faves.... 03-wink

edit: 2 hrs prior is a more realistic time for the service road spot before they fill.
