RE: Tailgate Drinks
As much as I love the brownest of the brown liquors (bourbon), drinking it on game days has historically led to bad things. I stick to darker beers, or if I get a late start, just a simple Belvedere and soda, with both a lemon and a lime. Easy to catch up with the good Polish stuff.

Plus, a few buddies (and fellow JMU alumni) and I have started brewing our own, so game one will be be a dark english ale. Would love to try other Dukes homebrews at tailgates if anyone is interested in trading.

On a beer note, has anyone tried Three Brothers Brewing in H'burg? Would love to add more brands to the mix and having a locally brewed beer would be great.

My cousins own 3 brothers. There's your JMU connection. Try them out. I've had the Hopitimazation ipa and Great Outdoors pale ale. Both excellent but many of their beers have been well received.
