I've seen USB ports sealed with plastic plugs and superglue. You try to remove the plug you destroy the port.

I'm thinking that since it is multiple password access protected, that an Admin password was freely available to keep from having to call some IT Supervisor to come over and do a manual entry and authorize it.

Other people need to pay for allowing this incident to happen in the first place. Just like after Johnny Walker Red.

If you need to a Manager at Kroger to approve an overring override by some 11th grade High School Cashier it just makes sense....

In my company, if you plug in an external drive or USB stick, before they become usable they're encrypted and can only be used on that particular computer because no other computer will know the key.

Seems to me it's pretty trivial to remove the ports altogether, unplug the connections, and or remove the drivers from the OS. In a secure network, I'd expect that to be done at a minimum.

My nephew enlisted right out of HS and has a scholly to MSU....

...the point that is being missed is that we don't need the military like we used to....and unless you want your children and our country to suffer the hardships you are getting ready to go through, you will realize that none of this matters and we are better to start clamping down on making people smarter and not just put guns in their hands.
