This board has far more intelligent and superior posters/mods than Hoopla does...

I went over there to mess around for a little and was permanently banned for talking about a basketball player in a football thread. Dixie you were right about Wisco, though. He is a full fledged Hoopla poster.

There's not many issues that we agree on, but I'm glad you're under our big tent.
Just wish that I could convince these other clowns that crazy never wins.
Joe Scarborough on MSNBC says that every day.
He's a smart man.

He's a weak poster in general IMO. Glad you saw the writing on the wall about that place. This is clearly the better community.

"No affiliation." I don't vote for primary's, only general election issues.

He was just joking about liberal democrat posters that came over from ESPN. We love them too.

So the OP is probably correct in his political assessment of this forum.
Unfortunately the exiled Disneycrats have dumbed down this place.
Why can't you disagree without being disagreeable? Why do you have to actively try to be an ass hole?
I love irony.

I have only voted for a Democrat once ... and that was Bob Conley ... a Ron Paul activist who ran in the Democrat primary to run against Lindsey Graham. The Democrats loved Lindsey so much and are use to voting in the GOP primary for him that Bob Conley actually WON the Democrat primary with libertarians and liberty minded GOP voters swinging over to vote in the Democrat primary as Lindsey's primary opponent was a values voter herp derp that cycle and no other compelling primaries were on the ballot in many places. (That was a helluva run on sentence.) Lindsey Graham actually did GOTV efforts in the most poor and liberal precincts in the state saying Bob Conley would eliminate their welfare.
If I were forced into a state with registration requirements, I would register as Libertarian. I would then change to GOP just before the primary deadline, vote in the GOP primary, then switch back to Libertarian. If there was a local GOP liberty minded I would try to hold a party position in the GOP. If they bothered to check party registration I'd change it to GOP and leave it until I no longer found the local machine useful.
Seriously! Bob Barr... and Libertarians think they're different.
Question: Is Bob Barr better than John McCain and Barack Obama? The defense rests.

Yes. Both the Libertarian Barr and the Republican Barr is better than McCain and Obama.

If obama had his way, the government agents would be the only ones left to point a gun at you.
