Would you guys like to do an SEC survivor league here on the board? I think it could be fun, and it is literally a one minute commitment each week. The game is that you must pick one SEC team a week that you believe will win their game straight up. The interesting part is that you can never pick the same team twice, so you have to be wise about when you use a team. So, with 14 weeks in the college football season, everyone will have to pick each team once. If you ever pick a team to win that loses, you are out. If we want to make it a bit harder, we can eliminate FCS games or just limit it to P5 opponents (this would be my preference because it would be more strategic). You guys on board? Picks just have to be in before the first SEC game that week (some weeks will be a Thursday night, some will be Saturday).

If you need someone for it, looks like it would be fun. I wouldn't mind joining in but I don't want to cut out any other hardcore SEC fans from taking part due to my taking part.

Nope. I moved out West quite a ways. Louisiana was nice and warm but it was always raining and cloudy. Now I got clear skies and hot hot hot!

I thought you said you moved west in a previous post. Good for you. I love it out in the desert... Especially Arizona.

Okay, P5 only, for the first week I take Alabama over Virginia Tech.

Multiple people can pick the same team right? If y'all are going to do rules like no FCS or P5 only shouldn't it be through the whole season?

P5 only for the whole season. You can pick the same team as someone else. But you can only pick a team once.

Never done one of these leagues... did this in about 10 minutes on who I'd pick for the season. But I've also done 0 research in to how SEC teams are supposed to be this season besides UT. I like for it to be a surprise. Anyway this is how i'd pick pre-season.

I don't think I've picked one more than once (unless i'm just blatantly not seeing where) anyway week one Auburn over Wash St.

I guess Im getting a little confused. I have to pick just one game for this upcoming weekend and whatever team I pick to win, I can never pick them again during the season?

Also I can only pick a team that is playing an FBS opponent?
