This schedule is going to be telling if the team can play on the road. We can easily have less than 10 wins this year based on it, and that's pretty awful. If it continues into next year (Only winning around 10 games), then there needs to be some serious re-evaluation on our coaching staff. The only reason we made it to the NCAA tournament last year was because we beat a truly mediocre Northeastern team. If GMU wasn't so poorly coached, they would have won the conference tournament.

Hahaha Paul Hewitt is such a joke. They're going to get blown away in the A-10 next season. Hewitt had no excuse not to get 1 CAA title the past two years.

I guess we should wait and see what happens before we write the entire season off?

Yeah, ain't that the truth. I don't think they'll get "blown away" in the A-10 per say, they'll maybe finish 5th or 6th based on who they have returning, but yeah don't count out Paul Hewitt.

This team is going to surprise people in my opinion. They did last year. Yes we are young, but we have a zeal and an attitude that I like...hopefully it continues into this year. Win road games will help tremendously when it comes to tournament time.

I agree. I expect Nation to make a leap and be one of our better players in quite sometime.

Completely agree. As big as Devon and AJ were to our run last year, I expect the sophomores to step up and I think this team will be just as good as last year's. Especially if Semenov stays healthy.

VCU, St. Louis, LaSalle and UMass construct the upper strata. It's not impossible for Mason to be atop the second strata, but there's improving Dayton, Rhode Island and George Washington to go with a Richmond team that brings a lot back and a St. Joseph's that should still be a postseason contender.

They should be happy if they finish top 8.

Is St. Louis still moving to the BE next year? Cannot remember if they ever came through.

Kick It,

We might as well say as long as Andrew Wiggins and Julius Randle decide to transfer to JMU next year. :)
