Thanks for modifying your last comment. I didn't read his summation in the same light that your first version had. I do agree with his observations and your current comment........thanks.

Improvement should be seen, perhaps not giant steps just yet. However, in our case, everything is relative and visible and real improvement is a big deal for our fan base.

Wow, he covered all his bases. That's a pretty wide range. Memphis will be better than last season, where we beat 4 lower-ranked CUSA teams by wide margins, 3 late in the season, but the competition is tougher this year.

I think we're a year away from being truly competitive. Definitely not the team from the forlorn recent past. If Louisville can recover from Kragthorpe, we can recover from the last years of Tommy West + Larry Porter.

I thought Chase Rome was here now? He is a big part of the D-Line.
