Is this replacing the Rutgers game? They picked up a non-conference game from that.

What's the forecast for B1G-PAC games in the non-conference over the next couple of years? Did the collapse of the crossover arrangement cause some ill-will in scheduling? PSU doesn't seem to have a problem plucking games against PAC schools...and they'll travel to each other. Just wondering if there's any "trouble in paradise."
