My dream would be to upset an undefeated WKU team at home. We could win just that one game and would earn another 20k season ticket holders just in Falcons fans alone.

The bad part for WKU, they could win all their OOC games, UK, UT, Army and Navy and still not beat a team with a winning record. WKU pulls it off, I'll be pulling for them after the third game of the season.

I'll be there for that game. I hope we are undefeated at that time, but I don't see the upset happening.

What I like about the write up is that it wasn't just beat UK and UT and do it. He mentions ULM and LaLa. We'll have just as tough or tougher games in conference, also including the stAte game at the end of the year.

I'd love to see the Toppers knock off UK and UT.

Then they'll be ripe for a letdown on Sept. 14

He failed to mention Navy which to me is our toughest game on the schedule....Everyone ignores Navy, but they are hard to prepare for and we have not had much luck against them the last two times...

I want every Sun Belt team to have one loss this season... To the Bobcats.

I know it's logistically impossible to happen, but you get my drift. The stronger your rankings are, the better my team looks if we win (or the less our loss looks).

As a conference, we get one team to pull a Boise St type run and we are seen like the MWC. Let's face it, without Boise St the MWC is no bigger then any of the rest of us.

Can't say they'll go undefeated, but I do believe they will win the SBC and possibly the GoDaddy Bowl.

Too funny. The new commish told me he thought ULM could be the next Boise too. Guess we are all the prettiest girl he's ever laid eyes on. Benson got game!

Word around these message boards is that the triple option doesn't work in FBS. You guys should not be worried.

I think the Triple Option can work in the SBC. I just think your team as a whole will have a hard time winning the SBC in year one. Six years ago they said the spread would never work in the SEC because of the size and speed of the SEC. Now there are more than a few teams who run the spread, many who have done it with a lot of success.

I agree with that.

Truth be told any offense will work, if you are good enough at running it.

When it comes to WKU vs Navy, it's just like any other game where you have to stop what they do. It's not a gimmick or a trick, its an offense that has to be stopped, just like any others.

A team from the SBC may go undefeated? The college football preview for 2014 is already out?
