I don't know the hauling costs but I don't deny there are costs involved with hauling.

I've denied hauling costs here and there, when the weight ticket didn't match the BOL.

Anyone who would deny the Holocaust would have to ignore the tonnage of documentary evidence the damn Nazis left behind. They were meticulous record keepers.

I'm now regretting responding with a serious post rather than riffing on the spelling.

I read a book over the summer called "Into That Darkness". It focused on the Commandant of Sobibor and Treblinka. You've heard about Concentration camps but you really haven't heard about extermination camps. There were 4 Extermination camps in Poland. 3 million Jews in basically over a year and a half and for about a month and a half the trains didn't run. Just think about the sheer numbers of that. The amount of people they had to "process" every day to achieve that number. It goes inside why they didn't pick Germans to run the camps. The difference between the Eastern Jews and the Western Jews. Just a fascinating read that will haunt you for a couple of weeks.
