WKU v UK
This game is being pimped hard by the Sports Council. Lots of ads and Coach BP is hitting the media circuit hard.

the Nashville Sports Council. Apparently they are promoters for the games we have in nashville. thats why they have started doing it more as a neutral field/court instead of home game in nashville.

Nashville Sports Council (not sure if that is exactly the official name). They handle scheduling and promotions for Bridgestone Arena, LP Field, etc.

So the Nashville location will be more neutral from now on? Meaning WKU doesn't get the ticket and concession revenue? Is this still counted as a home game in terms of attendance by the NCAA or is it counted as a neutral site? And when does that take effect? Starting this year or in a future year? Seems WKU would want to keep it as a "home" game or try and host the game at home somehow just to get the ticket and concession revenue.

UK is never coming to BG. Even if we had 100k, they would never play here. I am not sure how this is all working. I only here bits and pieces.

No, this is still a home game and we get 65% gate and attendance count as WKU Home Game. Everything at LP Field will have WKU on it. The signage around the field , score board etc...
Looks like attendance estimate are between 45 and 50 k at this time.

RE: WKU v UK
It is still considered a "home" game for WKU for all intensive purposes. We get somewhere in the neighborhood of I believe around 70% of all the game revenue to 30% for UK. This will be the last year of the UK series however per our AD. We may look at renewing the schedule in the future, but for now WKU's priority is to get opponents into Bowling Green and sell out our home stadium so we can push our board of regents to approve the funds necessary for further expansion on the stadium.

How come last time in same setup, this was not added to our "home" average attend. numbers at end of season in 2011?...If good weather I think for sure at least 40k there and would not surprised to see 45k...Anything less than 40k would be disappointing in my book....Hearing a thousand or so UofL fans are making the trip down to root for WKU....

My boy? You turning your back on "the who"? Just don't superkick him through the glass at my barber shop, okay?

Personally after ToT's soapbox about our marketing the move to CUSA, I thought the who's little jab was funny.

I was just stopping by to see what was goin' on in the Belt, and had to give him a little taste of his own medicine. Plus, I think it was the only thread not about Georgia Southern or App State . It was low hanging fruit. I'm going to troll the heck out of a guy that has a sarcastic post of mine in his signature like it's his own personal Bubas Cup.

Epic heel turn reference.

Finally, admission of guilt. Now if blueraidersad would get out of his denial.

wished me to die. i don't think he even got probation points out of it yet i've got them for much less....multiple times.
