It should go without saying that people in lower classes, whatever their race, commit more crimes, especially violent crimes, than middle and upper class citizens. I don't have the numbers, but I would suspect that the number of lower-class blacks citizens commit crimes at a slightly higher rate than lower-class whites per capita. The question would be why? The next question is how do we as a society motivate individuals to leave behind violence and low-class living. Upward mobility is available for each and every person in this country, it's a matter of choice.

Also, on top of that, 1 black serial killer doesn't make his statement false.

That being said, the point of a serial killer is that you kill over and over and don't get caught. The vast majority of serial killers are never recognized to be a serial killer to begin with.
