You are missing the point. There may be more unwed mothers in the black community but that doesn't mean it is because they are black.

It has Nothing to do with race. It has to do with a horribly broken welfare/dependency state the women were born into. They have never known any different life and don't think there is a way out. That being said there is no easy solution, but doing the same thing or worse expanding the same thing(democrat policies) will never make life better for anyone living in the welfare state.

Think about how much better you, I, and the rest of the country could live if we didn't have to support those dependent on government handouts. That my family has to sacrifice because of their inability to support themselves, or politicians who are buying their votes with my money is insulting.

Why do people who can't support themselves keep squirting out babies?

I lived in the "hood" for long enough to know that noone wants to address the problems. They want to keep pimpin' hoes and running from the consequences while living off a gov't check, and protect that way of life with the race card much like you just did.

I have posted similar points before, but I believe it requires getting the Jesse's (jr and sr), Obama, Sharptons, Jerrimiah Wrights, and others out of the mainstream. Juan Williams is left but is so much more reasonable.

When you takes those peoples' power out of the black church, Faith in Jesus will put blacks where God wants. Look thru history. I'm no preacher, just saying I've made real decisions in my life based on my faith, and each one has been beneficial.

I love black people but I don't much appreciate the 40% of them giving the rest a bad wrap. Neither does another single person on this board I hope.

Really? I am offended by about 60% of the posts on this board most of which are ill informed and hateful, and about 90% of it's members. But if a man with a Bull taking a dump as his avatar is offended by cracker it must be pretty f'ed up.

It's amazing to me the lengths some will go to hold on to their double standard. The N word is racist but "cracker is not. Even though it's a derogatory term reserved for white people. It's ok that blacks call each other the N word because they turned it into a positive word. Give me a break.

It's not the violent culture glorified through music and entertainment depicting the black culture. No, it's white holding everyone back. When you try to challenge these double standards, you get an earful of slavery and oppression by people no longer alive.

So at the 1950 census the Black Family was (1) stronger than the white family and (2) as strong as it had ever been since the civil war.

Then the great society, what happened since then?

By 1990 the rate of AA children born out of wedlock had risen to 64 percent. And today that number is pushing 80%. Show me a functioning society were 80% of the children are born into single parent situations.
