I still have several bottles of that stuff lying around somewhere. I wonder if it spoils? Makes no difference anyway because I will never use it.

If you can keep it sealed and out of temperature extremes, your Burner sauce should be good for a generation. Sooner or later something will cause it to spoil, but probably not for a long, long time. Vinegar and hot sauces are not welcoming environments for bacteria.

Commercially made hot sauce like the Burner rarely spoil; one reason they may spoil can be because the artificial emulsifiers go bad. Emulsifiers are used to keep the ingredients and the vinegars from separating as it sits on the shelf.

Emulsifiers are not technically required in hot sauce, but without an emulsifier the ingredients and the vinegar will separate, and the sauce would look like this on the shelf and 99 out of 100 people would think it was spoiled and would not purchase the product:
