RE: Worst uniform in college football
I remember when I was a kid and had no perception of which teams were good , I honestly thought and still do to this day, that Michigan had the worst helmets and Penn State had the worst uniforms. To this day, I am convinced people slowly become brainwashed over time into believing bad designs are good if there is along tradition established for a uniform or helmet. Michigan and PSU would have changed their design a long time ago if they were losing teams. Notre Dame's uniforms, on the other hand, never bothered me.

The home uniforms look even worse.

You guys can debate who is a distant second.

Have to agree nothing appealing about Wyoming Uni's at all.

RE: Worst uniform in college football
Anything that is solid orange, purple, brown, bright yellow, or bright green, or anything with more than three colors is ugly on a uniform. As a rule, alternate uniforms are required to be ugly.

I know Maryland people will say - "it's the state flag", but then the follow up question would be: "why is your state flag so ugly?"

And furthermore, who told you to use your butt-ugly state flag as a uniform template?

(Maryland has the ugliest state flag, definitely. Two nice designs that look awful together, like a steak sundae.)

It's like Tennessee's creamsicle orange. You really have to be a fan to wear any shade of orange. It's not a flattering color...

One of the new Oregon State uniform combinations is all orange, and it's not a good look. They double down on it by pairing it with an even less attractive orange helmet. If Beavers fans are lucky, this combo will never show up in a real game.

Wow. They'd actually be better off with white numbers on a brown-orange camo pattern.

Hence why we call Oklahoma State fans "pumpkins."

Oregon needs to pick something and stick with it. The ever evolving look just isn't working.

Isn't working for who? Recruits love it and Oregon football gear sells like hotcakes!

I actually think the orange helmets look great. Just not on the orange jersey. Put them on the brown jersey and it looks like a modernized Cleveland Browns uniform, which would look pretty good.

Maryland hands down. Strong consideration for anything worn by Oregon in the last 5 years.
