Take the B1G's referee test to find out.

Did you guys know it is technically possible to score one point in college football? It's so improbable that you can pretty much say it's impossible.

Longhorns score 1 point on rare play.

And that's one example.

A team can try a PAT, have it blocked and returned but the returning team would fumble into the end zone, yielding a 1-point safety. Or for some odd reason, they could lose 97 yards and give the other team a point.

A 1 point safety on a 2-point conversion attempt. I read it in a Chip Hilton book (Triple Threat Trouble?) when I was a kid. State lost to A&M.

Funny that the same announcer did both those games when it is such a rare play.

Several years ago our message board lit up because our radio play-by-play guy (long ago replaced) declared that Ole Miss had scored a touchdown on a two point conversion. I noted to little avail that the rule book calls it a touchdown on the try :)
