It's actually pretty funny. They hate each other. Oregon fans pretend they don't acknowledge Boise, but you can tell they are really bothered by BSU. The Boise fans know how to get under their skin.

I would have Tier I-Texas/OU, Army/Navy, Georgia/Florida
There's something about neutral site rivalries. Notre Dame/USC should definitely be one of the options, though.
