WOMEN'S BASKETBALL RECRUITING
If a thread already exists for Lady Monarchs basketball recruiting, you need to pardon me. I searched a few pages back, didn't find one, therefore, here we are:

From what we know, here is who we have coming:

Chelisa Painter, transfer from George Washington, sat out last year, eligible this year.
Destinee Young.
Ije Ajemba
Odegua Oigbokie.
Jennie Simms, transfer from West Virginia, will sit out this year, eligible 2014.
Annika Holopainen, transfer from University of Portland, will sit out this year, eligible 2014

and then some great news today:

Karen is turning things around real fast and way beyond the expectations of most of us. Thanks, Karen!
Oooh, ...it feels good again to be a Monarch. AIM HIGH, Ladies!!!

Otherwise, I'm lookin' forward to seeing her in two years. She sounds like a great player.

Not sure, but I think the NCAA clearing house only allows so many attempts per 1 calendar year.

RE: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL RECRUITING
Coach b has done a great job and I expect we will be in good shape for this year. The fact she had successful past players come back shows an understanding of what wbb for odu has achieved and will achieve again

I think she has the program on the right track

Isn't she already listed on one of the football recruiting threads? If not, she should be...03-wink

RE: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL RECRUITING
So If I understand this right ......Tyshara Fleming will not be eligible till next year 2014, is that right?

Sorry, for my confusion. EDIT I see 2 years out 2015 OK

Let me also mention. I love Karen B, She is a ball of fire and has such a passion for her players and the game. She will be a cherished treasure for Old Dominion over the years.

Aim High
