It didn't make much of a difference. Lynch put up amazing numbers last year. He's an amazing player. We won 12 games at the MAC with him being 75% of our offense. I just think his accuracy could improve, and I think it will need to for us to beat Iowa/Purdue this year.

He certainly has to do better in the games against Iowa/Purdue than he did against Iowa/FSU last year, and I think he can be more accurate in those games, certainly.

Lynch is fine as long as he CALMS down. Whenever he is too amped up, that's when the accuracy is bad. Its nothing about his skill or lack of skill its 100 percent mental. I expect he will be more accurate this year with a year of experience under this belt and having learned to control those emotions hopefully. And I agree that he will need to be accurate given how most teams will look to remove/limit his ground attack.

Lynch told Bill Baker before the Ball St game that he is more comfortable and liked passing outside of the pocket.

Hopefully he is working on that more than his interviewing skills this off-season.

Lynch is "short" for a QB too, so maybe he can't see over our big lineman's heads.

Of the 3 we have available this year, he seems to be best passer. If the last 3 years have taught us anything, you need to have a good passing attack to have any shot at winning the MAC.
Not sure I agree with the general thought of this. Lynch's arm is questionable at best, but the system we run helped him post some great passing numbers last year. Maybe NIU feels like they can sacrifice arm for some legs, in which case McIntosh would probably have the best shot.

7 your crazy your comments are Questionable...LOL

Hare moved the ball the best out of the backups but his arm is weak cant make all the throws.
