I'm planning a trip back to Memphis in September for the Duke game (7th) and to celebrate my birthday. This is one of those "milestone" birthdays that I would much rather ignore completely, but my sweet husband insists we celebrate. So, I want an amazing UofM themed cake.

Any recommendations?

They did my Tiger themed grooms cake and have several options. Plus, if you have something else in mind I'm sure they could work with you.

I'll second the Flour Garden. Take a look at the pics on her page, it's amazing what she can do. Plus, she's done some Tigers designs in the past.
