Heads would explode on this board if Tulane made a bowl.

I could see 6 wins on Tulane's schedule. Open up against Jackson State, then South Alabama....UNT, UTSA, FAU, and UTEP aren't expected to have particularly strong teams.

Too bad Bra_for_ got tossed so soon. Monken would have put 50 on his Jr. High scheme.

No way the C-USA office sends staying program Rice to Hawaii and lets departing program Tulsa get a BCS opponent in Dallas. If Tulsa does not win C-USA, I predict they get sent to Hawaii.

Why?

We have some good pieces on the team this year and the schedule is pretty amenable to a 6-7 win year.

Jesus, its not like anyone else in this year's C-USABelt are world beaters (no offense, ECU -- you know what I'm referring to).

Downswing for them or still putting the pieces together, though it's possible for LaT or MT to make some inroads

Poor Phil Steele... His literally stupid predictions getting stupider... I think he's almost done as an "expert" (if he wasn't done already, the temp is rising...).

No disrespect intended, but I don't see Tulane making a bowl game over LaTech or Middle. But good luck to the Wave, would be cool to play in the Superdome in their last CUSA game.

Must be kinda lonely to be a Miami and Middle Tenn fan. Everyone sees where your true loyalty lies and thats with the Hurricanes. Miami hasn't done a thing and will continue to do nothing as long as you have your admissions for athletes at 26 on the ACT. Marshall has taken your last 3 #1 targets in Kevin Grooms, AJ Leggett and Angelo Jean-Louis. All 3 would have been qualified at Miami in 2004 before Donna Shalala became president.

Ive said it before, only those that Phil Steele doesn't predict to do to well are the only people that call him out. He has blasted Marshall the last 9 years and for the most part he has been right.

Rick Stockstill has been very inconsistent as a coach:

06- 7-6
07- 5-7
08- 5-7
09- 10-3
10- 6-7
11- 2-10
12- 8-4

Under Stockstill MTSU has a winning season with 2 losing seasons following. If he and MTSU keep their tendencies, the next 2 seasons will not be very bright.

I'm not saying that as an insult to you, but it's been open season on this board for ripping Tulane as a do nothing football program, so if you guys made a bowl and La Tech didn't the meltdown on this board would be epic.
