Well at least they have their priorities in order. I'm glad we don't have a waterfall. What a dick move. Sofa King stupid.

I wonder how many child support/tattoo payments were missed to fund this.

Don't go chasing waterfalls, please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to.

Damn 03-lmfao, man! Yesterday, the song, "Tusk" was stuck in my head all day, now this one's gonna be my new and latest, "earworm", thanks a lot! But really, though. A ******* waterfall in their locker room? Really???!!! And UAB Football can't even take a hot shower after games because of where they're stuck playing? If this isn't rubbing in our faces, can't imagine what else is next.

03-lmfao I'll split the thought with you, my friend! We were thinking on the same wavelength! I hope the damn thing malfunctions and turns that locker room into a sequel for "Deliverance!"

@The200Sx: With all due respect, this is somewhat "Blazer Related"...UAB is the revenue generating engine for the UA system ($4.6 billion annually on average), & the majority of $$$ these bastages spend on "Updyke" projects comes from UAB, ergo, there's a good chance we're paying for their ******* locker room waterfall.

In all fairness, the waterfall may not be heated.

Is there really diversion of funds from one campus to another?

If so I would like to see your source.
If not, the last thing we need to do is try to make our point using incorrect information.

This.

Our adversaries do enough real damage without us pinning make-believe stuff on them.

It's amazing what an expenditure of almost $200,000 annually per athlete can be spent on. New weight room? check; all new conditioning facilities? check. OK, let's build a pretty waterfall to fill our hot tubs! All of this accomplished while the state cuts per pupil funding from the SETF by a nation leading 23% (almost $1400 per pupil) from 2008 to 2012. We're #1 AGAIN!!!

So...I'm unclear. Has the state cut per pupil spending recently?

I wonder where Alabama ranks in per pupil spending.

When fans would take daily cow dung baths if they knew that it would help their team win, there isn't much you can do about it.
