APR numbers released
And as always, Belmont is the butt kicking that keeps on kicking ours.
Still something to be proud of numbers wise unless there are shenanigans involved.

RE: APR numbers released
Those are the numbers released yesterday that had everyone clamoring about FIU men's basketball and their 858 four year average.
Read the SoCon release, the NCAA just released these figures Tuesday.

Are there penalties for these types of numbers?

Yes, but not this year. This article explains it better, and note the waiver deal. UT would potentially have a strong case with the coaching and athletic director turnover, plus UT has made additional changes in its' academic counseling.
It's nice to see ETSU has none of these issues.

Also, the numbers are dated but that's how the NCAA measures APR, on a four year average. If Mommabear were still around she could give a detailed explanation of this that probably would make your head spin off.

Out of x number of schools, somebody is going to be first and somebody is going to be last. Just looking at ranking within the conference doesn't necessarily say if that's good or bad. Somebody is the best swimmer on the Titanic, somebody is the worst swimmer on the Olympic team.

Unfortunately for UT, that one year 909 score is pitiful. Tennessean columnist David Climer put it best when he said no wonder UT had so many issues with having 11 guys on the field under Dooley, they couldn't any of them count to 11.
And yea, this one is on Dooley and his staff, along with Kiffin. This is all those two morons.
