According to Rivals.com Toledo picked up a soft verbal from S/CB Jamal Woodland from Duval High School in Lanham, Maryland. He's 6'2" and 185 lbs.

Has been getting interest from Maryland, Rutgers, and West Virginia, but has not recieved an offer.

He recently received offers from Clemson and Syracuse-they get some good guys too!

They're like Towson, but not.

Getting a verbal without a campus visit is impressive. Hope they get him to visit soon to help solidify the deal.
