I can understand what he's thinking just fine - it's a school at the same level as Stetson, but can bring him back to the Nashville area (didn't his wife go to Lipscomb?)...I'm just having trouble with the thought that now I need to cheer for Lipscomb (is there some way to cheer for Casey without actually cheering for Lipscomb????)

RE: Casey Alexander to Lip?
I'm pretty sure his wife was a cheerleader at Belmont during his time as a player. I would prefer lip have single digit wins every year and be a meaningless player in the local sports scene. Belmont is where my allegiance lies, more than Casey.

If you figure out a way to cheer for Casey without cheering for lip, do let us all know.

I also wonder how Brian Ayers is feeling tonight?

Yes, I can understand what he was thinking too. It was meant more as a rhetorical question. It was a great way for him to get back to Nashville and their friends. I don't blame him, but it is hard to root for him while he's at Lipscum.
