On top of that Jerry Reinsdorf wants DePaul to play at the United Center so there is really no need for this.

Why is a city that is scraping for any revenue it can get, subsidizing a Catholic University that has a number of wealthy donors. As has been mentioned, what is wrong with the UC?

1. Too big for DePaul
2. Too many Bulls/Blackhawks/events to realistically try to schedule a home schedule there.

I think its more like Depaul subsidizing the city!
