Looking at the players on the poster, I think you guys are dissing the first 50 years of your team; cause there's no one on there before the late 50's.

When fans vote, it is always going to be heavily weighted toward the present. Not many remember players from over 50 years ago.
Unless a player from decades ago is a record holder or had great athletic accolades he is not likely to garner many votes. Players like Joe Greene and Abner Haynes will get votes from fans who never saw them play, but those are the exceptions.

Ray Renfro was the first former North Texas football player to earn All-Pro honors in the National Football League. Renfro was a first-team All-America running back at North Texas in 1951, when he averaged 7.5 yards per carry, which remains a school record.
Bill Brashier is the holder of two of the most enduring records in North Texas football history, but his impact on the game extended well beyond his playing days. Brashier recorded the best single season by a defensive back in school history, intercepting 10 passes in his senior season in 1951 to bring his career total to 19 interceptions, and both marks remain North Texas records that have stood more than 60 years.

You can't miss "Mean Joe" on that poster. Absolutely one of the best of all time.

Cool idea but why all the dead space at the bottom of the picture? Is it going to be filled in with names and stats of the shown players later on?
