Cameron Burrell signed to run track at Houston in February. In April, he ran a 10.07 100M at the Texas Relays, the fastest time in the country this year. Note: it was wind-aided (3.2 meters/sec, over the 2.0 limit).

If Cameron's name sounds familiar, it should. His father is Olympian & UH Track Coach Leroy Burrell.

This is a big question. UC signed the supposed "fastest kid in America" a few year back in DJ Woods, he ran a 4.32 electronic 40 at a Sparq combine at some point, but he would get chased down consistently on the field...not to mention his problem with the dropsies throughout his career.
