37 wins on the season so far & that isn't even the season with the most wins.

We have had 39 win seasons twice.

UAB loses to Marshall 1-0 today ending the CUSA tournament for us.

Next up, NCAA tourney.

they had several chances late in the game with runners in scoring position, but couldn't get the big hit.

Could be a blessing in disguise. I hate to lose but we could use some time in the batting cages and for relaxation and reflection to get recharged for what's to come. Our offense has been lacking over the past month or so.

Marshall has 36 wins on the season - 32 by pitcher Andi Williamson.

I wish there was some sort of rule requiring a team to use multiple pitchers. I know that most teams ride one pitcher hard but forcing the use of multiple pitchers in a rotation would put more emphasis on offense and defense of the other 8 players (plus the DH) as well as force teams to build a pitching rotation. I have never liked this aspect of Softball.
