Yeah I noticed that, at about the same time word got out that he was visiting UAB.

May be just a coincidence.

It had turned into a thread, less about Frazier than a thread of posters bickering with each other. I'm glad our board doesn't do that.

Pitt's getting a visit this weekend from Marshall transfer DeAndre Kane, according to that board.

Their premium board has two threads on Frazier, which I can't open. The title on one says he is deciding on Monday.

@ChrisDokish: Was just told that Pitt is not all in on Chad Frazier. Makes me wonder if they think they are getting Kane.

Wouldn't shock me if they backed off considering he did not choose to take a visit there. Appears he took 3/5 of his official visits back in August and September to Northern Arizona, Oklahoma State, and Washington State. Thus only allowing him two official visits this spring, which he chose to use on Texas A&M and us. For what it's worth, Rivals.com has us as they only team he has "high" interest in.

Even if he commits, I'll have the same mindset as others and contain my excitement until he signs the dotted line.

Exactly. I like our chances though.

Looks like things are falling into place. Even if it doesn't the Jackson kids looks like a pretty good player.

Jordan Jackson looks extremely athletic. I agree that he would be a good addition as well. Coach Haase and his staff continue to impress.

I spoke with my Mom, who has attended every GCSC home game for the past twenty years, or so. She said that Chads statistics were a bit better during his freshman season, although he was Gulf Coasts second leading scorer last season with almost sixteen points per game. She also said that Chad is not actually a true point guard but more of a shooting guard and she also noticed that this past season she recalled that a lot of times during game play, she could not really tell who was running the point, and finally she said that she had been keeping up with Chads being recruited and she hopes Chad chooses UAB and that he would be an exceptional addition for UAB.

Is he eligible to play next season, '13-'14?
