Yup, you can have all the diversity in the world but Christians aren't allowed to express their beliefs. Facst of the matter....

1. Homosexuals are a protected class in the United States. They aren't heroes for coming out if you ask me.
2. Homosexuals are allowed to get married in certain states. STATE rights, imagine that.
3. The vast majority of Americans are AGAINST allowing equality in marriage. If they want to get married they can go to one of the states that allows it.

. . . But apparently everyone in TX hates flying midgets. I can't believe there is a law against it. the midgets were being paid, as I recall, weren't they? Or, whatever the case may be on compensation, they weren't being tossed against their will.

I wonder how many midgets were thrown out of work because of that law . . .

Yep. The big downside to recruiting businesses out if the vast economic sinkhole that is California is all the gaddam Californians that come with it.

Really, that's discouraging, I think people where having a real conversation and the fact that someone questioning why something was done shouldn't be relegated to "background" talk. I really think a majority of people would probably agree to continue that conversation, heck, we have OT items on this board, why should that discussion be different? You had a zillion page thread on a sexual act with a carrot (HILARIOUS BTW) which wasn't moved to the "appropriate section of the forums" (what section would that be, I wonder? LOL) but a discussion on a current topic is moved or closed and someone questioning why that was done should only do it in silence? That's pretty crazy, it's a legitimate question. The thread was obviously popular and I didn't see anyone trolling, just people with different points of views. I wasn't participating but was really enjoying the different point of views and discussion, that's what a message board is.

I'ma Christian & I thought it was an interesting thread but if I wanted to talk about Christ it would have been shut down after 3 responses.

Christians are only upset because they are no longer allowed the unconstitutional favoritism they have been allowed in the past. Now that there are no prayers allowed in school or city council meetings, Christians like to say that they are persecuted in America.

I am a retired man, chasing around grandchildren, still volunteering in the community, and an elder in my church. You see, gdunn, I get accused on here for trying to "shove Christianity down someone's throat". That is absolutely not the case, as a Christian is concerned for those who do not believe, and there is no hostility involved at all. Have you noticed that those who do not believe attack and persecute those who do? I am a terrible sinner, admit it, and ask God's forgiveness every day through Christ.

I had a company in Austin pursuing me. My specialty within my profession is a big deal in TX and not at all in TN. Alas, my wife (Mrs. 99Tiger, Ph.D.) can not find meaningful work...or even match her current level of compensation there.

Sigh.
