He's a loser and a dumb*** because of how he behaved after being told to stop. People expect you to not act like a child when you're an adult.

You'll fit nicely in the coming police state. There used to be a time when a mascot at a game could get away with throwing snow balls without fear of being immobilized and imprisoned by bands of masked law enforcement. Used to be that the cop might shake his fist and then shake his head and walk away. Maybe pull him aside and talk about the issue. The fascist mindset across the political spectrum is becoming a distinct issue.

After he got busted I asked some people who were nearby what happened and I was told that the cops were accusing him of throwing snowballs at Pitt players, which if true is completely ridiculous because I'm not sure Aroldis Chapman could throw a snowball that far from where the Bearcat was standing and hit one of the players.

I'd expect the same result if it was an idiot not wearing a suit. Aside from that maybe you're okay with greater liabilities for your school, but I'd prefer the money being pumped into it go toward things besides lawsuits due to foolish behavior.

On the grand scale of mascot faux pas, this rates pretty low on the meter IMO. If tossing a few snowballs in a near empty stadium is an offense that lands you in a pair of cuffs, than the Hawaii mascot(Peyton Siva's fat dad?) who attacked the Bearcat and basically destroyed his costume should still be sitting in jail. A friend had donated money to buy that damn outfit less than a year before it got trashed by that a$$hat.

Knowing you has nothing to do with anything. Your opinion speaks for itself. Injured by snowballs? Yeah, ok buddy. Also, wake the hell up. If you think police aren't more militarized and militaristic than they were 25 years ago you have your head in the sand.

I saw the whole thing since he was just to the right of us. His throws barely made it 10 yards. He hit more empty bleachers than students in the student section. Complete overreaction by UC Police. Funniest thing I've ever seen at Nippert though.

The other Bearcat moment was when he got thrown out of the Shoe by an official. That and riding down the stands in a folding chair.

Don't squelch the Bearcat.

Ever tried to throw a snowball with mittens on? It would be impossible to hurt someone like that. Probably the same issue when doing it with big furry hands.

Plus, if he did hit a Pitt guy, who cares anyway? 05-stirthepot

I always thought Siva's dad was more a offspring/sibling of Captain Lou Albano, than anything else.

I always thought Siva's dad was Captain Lou Albono, but then I remembered he died a few years back.

Hyperbole much?

Also, I expect that with big furry hands you'd have little idea how loosely packed the snow actually was or what you may have picked up with it.

Knowing me would have everything to do with knowing what I would be comfortable with. My opinion is based on my presumption that the reports here and in the news were accurate.

I'd be happy to demonstrate on you. I certainly would not want to be on my way out from the game and have some random ******* pelt me with a snow ball.

Nope. None in my statement either.

BTW, hyperbole is not a verb.

Still not seeing the hyperbole in my statement. It is indeed impossible to hurt someone throwing snowballs at them while wearing mittens. Now, if you can find some landmark case where someone went to the hospital after being hit by a snowball (must show that they were in fact wearing mittens at the time of the throwing), then I will admit I was wrong.

Shouldn't be hard to do since you are not as new to the internet as I am.

The idea that it is impossible to hurt someone with a snowball merely because the person is wearing mittens is absurd. I would love for you to elaborate on your thought process though.

That you think the possible inexistence of case law or public hospital records on it would validate your assertion is funny.
