Since we doing favorite foods and best stadiums and all, how's about ranking uniforms?

Caveat: You may not list YOUR teams' uniform as number one.

Ancillary observation: There is a lot of damn red/maroon/crimson/scarlet/etc in this league!!!

Haha outside of the helmet which I know they are replacing, I really like the simplicity of the uniform.. originally saw them on TV vs UK. Personally last on my list is Southern

Any one day use or throwback uniforms for any SBC teams?

Last year for our Military Appreciation Day Game we used these with the back that says "Always Ready Always There", which is the Nantional Guard mantra. Each player was allowed to select a patch that represents a family member's unit.


The red stripe is for the "blood stripe" of the USMC (the one down the sides of their dress blues)

OP was right about the unusual amount of red/maroon, I noticed that when looking at the school logos.

1. stAte (The flat black helmet does it for me, nice look)
2. GaSo (I'm partial... and I think they tell the story of our program)
3. Troy (less is more)
4. WKU (I would have them ranked lower, but I have high hopes for new uni)
5. USA (Very clean)
6. App (Black and Yellow... intimidating combo I think)
7. UL (Would have ranked higher, but that funky pattern throws me off a bit)
8-9. ULM and Tx St (I feel like its the same uniform)
10. NMSU (I'm not really inspired, but they look ok)
11. GaSt (Meh...)
12. Idaho (Reminds me too much of teams I don't like from my high school AND college days, no offense)
