Try Flat Rock Speedway.
Not a dirt track, but it is a short track. Along with Toledo Speedway.
Flat Rock (quarter mile) and Toledo Speedways (half mile) are both asphalt tracks owned and operated by the ARCA curcuit based in Temperance, Michigan. My good friend's grandfather, John Marcum, started ARCA in the 1950's, and then built the 2 tracks. ARCA kicks off Speed Week at Daytona with 200 mile race the weekend before the Daytona 500.
The closest dirt track to Monroe run every Saturday night is out at Oak Shade off Central Avenue (route 20) located north of Wauseon, Ohio, west of Toledo. It's about 50 miles from Monroe.
The next closest dirt track is either Flag City (not sure if dirt) down in Findlay, Ohio or one near Lima, Ohio.

A girl on my daughter's HS tenniis team used to drive at wauseon when she was in HS. Lima track was out Allentown Road west of town but I thought itclosed down.

Dearest H2O and others, Allentown Road track has been owned and ran by University of Northwestern Ohio for awhile now. It has become one of the premier dirt tracks in the Midwest. Millions have been invested. They actually have their own race teams. I believe the "WORLD OF OUTLAWS and even a few NASCAR drivers show up to run at the track once a year. It is very nice, clean, and a fun place to watch dirt track racing.

Never been to a dirt track, but I hear they're a lot of fun to watch. Because of my buddy, I've always hung around the asphalt tracks of Toledo & Flat Rock. Like I said before, I knew about Oak Shade, but I thought there was still one in the Lima area. Of course the one Tony Stewart owns near Dayton is the one the best in the world. (can't remember the name, starts with an E)

This one?
Yes it is!!!!!!!!!!
You a Tulsa fan???? they're coming to Toledo in a couple years.....
I live 8 miles south of Monroe, and I'll go with you to Toledo (Friday night) or Flat Rock (Saturday night) for some asphalt racing, including Figure 8's. Also invite to a Toledo Rocket football game in the fall. btw, Michigan Int'l Speedway is only 50 miles from Monroe also if you have never seen 200 mph in person.
