We've gotten better with more FBS talent and depth (a lot of redshirt players are available). Has Tulane gotten better? This isn't the homer in me speaking, but I actually think USA wins this game.

While I think Tulane will likely lose to either south or Jackson st, YES it will be an upset if it happens. It will be a long time before south signs anyone that gets a offer from another school.

With Sun Belt and C-USA schools, even USM. This past year we got a 4* runningback Kaleb Blanchard who had been committed to Arkansas until Bielema got there. Of course as soon as he decommitted from Arkansas and committed to USA he went to 3*. We have won our fair share of kids against Troy, USM, Memphis, etc.
