Former Spain Park HS FBHC (2 years ago) and then Pell City HS FBHC resigned without notice today and team awaits Tuesday's Board meeting to find out who will run spring practice. No reasons were given on the TV news report about why the sudden departure occurred.

Pell City High School is an interesting place to work. I worked there for one year and absolutely hated it. More politics than I would have EVER imagined.

There is a lot to this story.. I am sure it will come out in the next couple of weeks..

Is there a UAB connection to this story? I thought maybe he was resigning to come to UAB, but I guess not.

We also have a few that played for Shores at Spain Park

I saw a brief article on abc3340 & it sounds similar to Rice at Rutgers issue but there may be more to it than that

Not sure what is going on, but it certainly doesn't sound good.
