Instant cred for a new program..Instant press for the new program all across the country.. he's getting 30 k over 4 months to be director of football to get the new program established... we get access to his incredible amount of contacts at Juco's and high schools across the nation.. he will help big time with fundraising.. he will help with hiring a head coach..the conferences that are looking at us will now know how serious we are about football at ETSU.. he can be involved in discussions with conference officials.. etc....
He said Noland and Sander both came to Knoxville to recruit him to help them establish football.. he talked about how impressed he was with them, and they made him want to be part of the program...
This is a great start to what we have been waiting for ... for 10 years.
That's a part of what we are getting.......
