Troy is working on our dual QB system for this year... We plan to have both QB on the field at the same time to throw off our opponents. Both can run and pass well. But one is better at running than the other.

Wouldn't be a bad idea for us. Moore can run as good as anyone in the Sunbelt and Arndt has a cannon for an arm, between the two of them we have the makings of a pretty darn good QB.

Didn't ULM do this last year?

We did it year 1 with some success. Kelton Hill is an incredible Athlete and is good on his feet(he'll be given a shot at QB again this year). Drew Little was an impressive pocket passer(no longer with the program). That was our only winning season so far.

Ugh I'm ready for a solid QB that can do it all. No more of this switching and battling it out for the starting spot. Usually a recipe for trouble.

Bradley George couldn't do it all. He had an arm like cannon but ran like a giraffe

If we had even an average defense during those years we probably would've won an fcs championship or two. With that said, I think we will be ok this upcoming year. The O-line should be better which will help the QB out a lot.

But we didn't run the option then. If we don't have a guy that can then run pro style.

Personally I think we are just deciding on what band-aid to put on our open QB spot until Tyler Jones gets some experience in the system. I am not holding my breath for any QB that couldn't beat out Rutherford last season.

I have a feeling Tyler Jones comes in and scoops up the job. Duke is overkilling it, Arndt is now too cautious with decision making and eye's his receivers down everytime, and Moore is a beast when it comes to tucking and running but can't even make a screen pass right now.

Personally I hope he redshirts, learns the system and takes over in 2014.
