Yes but his absence alone wasn't the only reason. It was because there were others out at the same time. In retrospect, all the injuries created a tremendous amount of playing time for others and much needed player development in-game for many others. Yes, losing Crooke, as with any senior leader will be tough, but there's a difference when you lose the glue that holds the team together during the middle of the season and losing that player to graduation. We have 6 months to prepare for our team next year.

We had up to five out during that stretch and two more out for the season but yes crook being a senior hurt the most. We have two quality guards coming in as well as a 6'10 forward/center and hoping for another big and another power forward. Having 16 different starting Line ups this season says it all though

This. Teeng Akol was an anchor all season, as well.

Thank You

How much fun was that? 04-cheers

It was a blast and a badly needed result. I just wish Zusi was with SKC today, looking mediocre vs. the Revs.

RE: Lets Go WKU!
We had the chances at the end against Kansas, so that was great...Little disappointed we could not hit shots though..Kansas defense was tough, but we had the looks and felt we could have even taken even more advantage of first half against KU..KU looked asleep and very lax on defense first half, they definitely stepped it up second half...Harris for some reason was kicking his leg out on those three pt shots, never did that all season and not sure he was last night? Leading up to game, I kept on saying if there was ever a 16th seed to beat a one we certainly would have fit the bill to do it...

We for sure will be preseason number one in SBC next season..Will be us and Laf. I would say as favorites...Will be interesting to see us handle the favorite role, its not something we have been used to lately...I think we will be fine and next time in tournament will be a 13th seed or above and have a good chance on knocking someone off...Biggest question mark for us will be the most important position though in college basketball, the point guard position..
